Structure Of Paper
Abstract
The abstract should be around one or two paragraphs with at least 250 words, clearly stating the objective of the study or review, the methods used, and a summary of results and findings. Avoid abbreviations and references in this section.
Keywords
There should be 5 keywords, which define the subject matter and focus of the manuscript/study to assist in article search.
1. Introduction
The introduction should set the study in context by reviewing relevant knowledge of the subject, followed by a concise statement of the objectives of the study along with the research problem.
2. Literature Review
A literature review is a theoretical survey of scholarly sources on a specific topic. It provides an overview of current knowledge, allowing you to identify relevant theories, methods, and gaps in the existing research.
A literature review involves collecting, evaluating, and analyzing publications such as books and journal articles that relate to your research question. Depending on the situation, the literature review may evaluate the sources and advise the reader on the most pertinent or relevant ones.
3. Research Methodology
The methodology describes the broad philosophical underpinning of your chosen research methods, including whether you are using qualitative or quantitative methods, or a mixture of both, and why. You should be clear about the academic basis for all the research method choices you have made.
It should answer two main questions: How was the data collected or generated? And, how was it analyzed? The writing should be direct and precise and always written in the past tense.
4. Analysis / Findings & Results
Data analysis is a technical summary of the results obtained from tests and experiments. It involves reviewing gathered information and interpreting the data collected using logical and analytical reasoning to determine trends, patterns, and relationships.
The Results section of a research paper represents the core findings derived from the methods applied to gather and analyze information. It presents these findings in a logical sequence without bias or interpretation, preparing the reader for later discussion.
5. Recommendations / Conclusion
Recommendations in your research paper are essential for suggesting future research directions. They are based on what you have found or what might be explored further.
If the paper is based on case studies, the conclusion should summarize what was learned, the next steps, and possible contingency planning.
6. Area of Further Studies
Give a brief summary of your research and highlight areas where further work is possible. This paragraph will attract readers and scholars for positive feedback and will help future researchers.
